  • Early influence on design and product design of new types

  • Determination of the production times under consideration of the targets

  • Evaluation and preparation of complex assembly processes including the associated equipment and, if necessary, plants in close
    Coordination with the plant planning

  • Creation of well-founded, conclusively structured decision templates

  • Coordination and optimisation of complex planning and production issues across assembly lines
    with the tangential areas

  • Participation in the development of new methods and
    Processes in superordinate external or cross-divisional committees and working groups

  • Schedule and task controlling of work packages in product projects

Requirements

  • Completed technical studies (FH/BA) in the field of mechanical engineering, electronics, production engineering or comparable training

  • Several years of professional experience in process planning is desirable

  • Knowledge of MTM/REFA as well as secure handling of MS-Office and planning software (e.g. Delmia) are required.

  • Good technical understanding and high affinity to the product and assembly processes

  • High analytical and conceptual competence

  • Ability to make decisions and resolve conflicts, assertiveness

  • Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team, negotiation skills, confident appearance

  • You also work independently, result-oriented and with a high degree of personal responsibility
