Tasks
Design, analysis and optimization of manufacturing structures
and process flows
Component support from assembly-oriented product design to start-up support
Design and procurement of operating resources in coordination with the customer
Support of the customer from the conception to the commissioning of the manufacturing and production facilities
Development and implementation of standards and guidelines

Requirements
Completed technical studies (FH/BA) in the field of mechanical engineering, electronics, production engineering or comparable training
Several years of professional experience in process planning is desirable
Knowledge of MTM/REFA as well as secure handling of MS-Office and planning software (e.g. Delmia) are required.
Good technical understanding and high affinity to the product and assembly processes
High level of analytical and conceptual competence, decision-making and conflict resolution skills, assertiveness, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team, negotiation skills and confident manner
You also work independently, result-oriented and with a high degree of personal responsibility
